Korean Embassy Documents Verification Appointment System

The Korean Embassy has introduced a new in-person appointment system due to criticism of the previous online booking process. Previously, a student had to book for their appointment through the website dedicated to the appointment.

Students are no longer required to book appointments online. Instead, applicants must visit the embassy in person according to:

• 1. The last digit of their passport number
  2. The last digit of their Date of Birth (DOB)

The students will be entered in between 9:30 to 10:00 am and the date of visit will be provided via lottery system. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea do not accept delay of even a minute so they must be alert. All the students will get date of their next visit to the embassy for verification so it is encouraged to the students to remain calm.

 March 9 – DOB last digit: 1, 2  March 10 – DOB last digit: 3, 4  March 11 – DOB last digit: 5, 6  March 12 – DOB last digit: 7, 8  March 13 – DOB last digit: 9, 0

Passport Last Digit: 6–0

 March 16 – DOB last digit: 1, 2  March 17 – DOB last digit: 3, 4  March 19 – DOB last digit: 7, 8  March 20 – DOB last digit: 9, 0  March 25 – DOB last digit: 5, 6

Students are advised to strictly follow their assigned date to avoid inconvenience and overcrowding. Please carry all required documents when visiting. The required documents are original passport and its copy. And you cannot replace you with your friends or relatives or any other representatives in your place and must visit yourself.
