ApplyUni portal adds stage tracking for partner applications
Consultancy partners can now see exactly where every application sits — and which files have been waiting too long at the same stage.

Partner accounts now include a stage view: every application shows its current step, how long it has been there, and what is blocking it from moving forward.
What is new
- A single timeline per applicant, from shortlist through to visa outcome.
- Automatic flags on any file that has not moved in fourteen days.
- Document checklists that reflect the destination's current requirements rather than a static template.
Getting access
The stage view is enabled for every active partner account — no request needed. If you cannot see it, your account may still be pending verification; your account manager can confirm.
