Spring 2027 intake: the timeline partners should be working to

Offer letters, document verification and consulate appointments all sit on different clocks. Here is the sequence that keeps a March 2027 start realistic.

The March 2027 intake looks distant until you lay the three clocks side by side: university deadlines, document verification turnaround, and consulate appointment availability. Only the first is published in advance.

The working sequence

  1. 1

    September — shortlist and gather

Lock the programme shortlist and start collecting academic documents. Verification queues lengthen from October onward, so anything submitted now clears comfortably.

  2. 2

October to November — submit applications

Most partner universities close Spring intake applications during this window. Submitting early also means an earlier offer letter, which unlocks everything downstream.

  3. 3

December — offer letters and tuition

Offer letters arrive, tuition or deposit payments are made, and the standard admission letter needed for the visa file is issued.

  4. 4

    January — visa application

Consulate appointments are the tightest constraint in the entire calendar. Book the moment the admission letter is in hand.

Partners can track each of these stages per applicant inside the ApplyUni portal; the stage view flags any file that has been sitting at the same step for more than fourteen days.
