ApplyUni welcomed Lee Su-Jin, Manager of the Office of International Affairs at Jeonju University, for a working session on scholarship provision, English-taught programme availability and support for students arriving from Nepal.

What we discussed

  1. Scholarship tiers available to first-year international students and how they renew.
  2. Which departments currently teach in English, and realistic Korean-language expectations by year two.
  3. Airport pickup, dormitory allocation and the first-week orientation students can expect.

What happens next

Jeonju University's programme listings and intake calendar are being updated in the ApplyUni catalogue, so partners can see live entry requirements rather than working from a PDF brochure.

The questions that matter to a student in Kathmandu are rarely the ones a brochure answers. Meeting in person is how we get to them.
