A representative from Busan University of Foreign Studies joined us in Seoul to talk through BUFS's language programmes, degree pathways and the support structure that sits behind them.
Focus of the visit
BUFS is best known for language study, and much of the conversation turned on the bridge between a language programme and a full degree — how students move from one to the other, and what level they realistically need to reach first.
- Language track entry points and progression into degree programmes.
- Living costs in Busan compared with the Seoul Capital Area.
- Part-time work rules and the permissions students need before starting.
